Terms of Service

Version 1.0 — 2026-07-27

The Service drafts and (with your configured approval policy) sends email on your behalf. By signing up you agree to:

• Acceptable use: no spam, fraud, or unlawful content. Violations mean immediate suspension (see abuse policy).
• Billing: €49 pilot (30 days), then your chosen term — €399/month, €1,077/quarter or €3,990/year (invoice available on quarterly/annual) — unless cancelled before the pilot ends; usage above 1,800 conversations/month billed at €0.50 each.
• Your responsibilities: you keep API keys confidential, you have the right to process the mailboxes you connect, and you review agent drafts per your chosen approval policy.
• Our responsibilities: EU data residency, encryption in transit and of stored secrets, breach notification without undue delay, and a Data Processing Agreement (available at signup or from privacy@mafmail.maffen.eu).
• We never train on your email: your messages, contacts and knowledge are used to run your agent and nothing else. We do not use them to train, fine-tune or evaluate any model, ours or a subprocessor's, and we do not share them with other customers. This is a contractual commitment, not a setting.
• Liability: the Service is provided by a Finnish company under Finnish law; liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months; no liability for indirect damages.
• Termination: cancel yourself, any time, from the billing portal in your dashboard — no email, no retention call, no notice period. Service runs to the end of the paid period. Your data is exportable before and erased on account deletion.
• Broken month: if the Service failed to do its job for a substantial part of a billing period — it stopped receiving mail, stopped drafting, or sent on your behalf something it should have held — tell us and we refund that period. We would rather refund than argue.
