Abuse policy

This platform sends email on behalf of paying businesses. We keep it clean:

• Signup requires a payment card — no anonymous accounts.
• Every tenant is rate-limited, and all outbound content is screened before sending.
• Blocked-sender and junk-filtering systems protect recipients; every send is audit-logged.
• Spam or fraud means immediate suspension — one strike.
• We cooperate with email service providers and authorities on abuse investigations.

To report abuse originating from this platform, email abuse@mafmail.maffen.eu. We review reports within 24 hours.
