Every email drafted by our AI agent carries a footer stating so, in the message's own language ("Tämän viestin laati tekoälyavustaja." / "This message was drafted by an AI assistant."). The footer is not optional and cannot be disabled — this implements the EU AI Act's transparency obligations (Art. 50) and it applies to all agent-drafted mail, whether a human approved the send or an approval policy sent it automatically. Every send is logged with who or what approved it.
